  The interviewer simply wants to check out whether you have come prepared. Your answers also signify how passionate you are for the job and the company. Therefore it’s a very important question. Your answer should reflect your knowledge about the company and passion for the job. If you state a simple answer and use tags it will definitely show that you have not done sufficient research.

Must and Should steps that are to be followed in the Interview


Step-1 :-You have to take a curriculum  Vitae along with you (both Soft copy and 2 Hard copies)

Step-2:- You have to enter to the Interview Venue with a neat & decent dressing

Step-3:- You have to be prepared with some basic answers for commonly asked questions for HR Round

Step-4: - You have to be very confident and should maintain a professional body language

Basic Tips:-

1. Prepare ur resume wid utmost care.
2. Refer to papers on this site. These are really very beneficial.
3. Greet them well when u go for inter-view.
4. Keep smiling.
5. Eye-contact is very important.
6. Do not argue. Remember they know much more than u do. Be polite.
7. They will be very nice and will try keep u calm.
8. Do not give excuses. just BE CONFIDENT when u answer. Confidence is most important. Also be careful wid ur mobile phones. TCS looks 4 discipline.
